What you'll be doing
- Deliver exceptional scalp treatments and hair spa services to clients
- Assist in personalised consultations to understand each client's unique hair and scalp needs
- Recommend and sell appropriate haircare products to enhance the client experience
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the treatment rooms
- Actively participate in team meetings and training to continually improve your skills
- Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all clients
What we're looking for
- Experience in Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy or a related field
- Proven experience providing high-quality scalp and hair treatments a bonus
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to recommend the right treatments and products
- Enthusiasm for continuing education and professional development
- A friendly, approachable demeanour and the ability to work well in a team
