Can I share my membership?
No memberships are not shareable. Each membership is designed to give the member the best option to lead them to their healthiest hair and scalp ever.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes for holidays up to 2 months per year.
Can I exchange services within my membership?
The 2 x 30 minute treatment within the Continuous Care Membership can be exchanged for a 1 hour Japanese Scalp Spa Treatment.
What happens if I miss my appointment or make changes within the 24hr notice period?
Although you are technically not paying a deposit on your scalp spa treatment the same rules apply as if you were. If you don’t show for an appointment or make changes within 24hrs you will lose half your service credit for that particular booking. You will then have to pay half the cost of the treatment when you reschedule that appointment

What happens if I can't use my services within the month?
You have 15 days in the following month to redeem the services not used in the previous month.
Do I need to book in advance for my treatments?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability for your preferred dates and times. However we will always endeavour to accommodate you where we can.
Is there a minimum commitment period for the membership?
No, you can sign up, pause or cancel whenever you wish.
Can I use all services in 1 visit?
Yes, we are flexible. You may choose to book the services together or separately within the month.
Can I purchase the memberships as a gift for a friend?
Yes, only for the 1 year membership asd it is paid up front. The other memberships require a credit card to be kept on file and charged monthly. So the yearly option is the best option to be gifted.
What if I have specific hair and scalp concerns?
Our team is happy to discuss specific concerns and help you choose the best treatment choice at the time of the appointment. The consultation ensures that we customise the treatment experience every time.
How do I manage my membership?
Memberships are best managed via our App. Just head to the Apple app store or Goole Play and download the Salon Apothecary app. It's the easiest way to sign up and manage your membership.
The fine print.....
1. Memberships Overview
The Continuous Care Package and Wellness & Style memberships is a monthly offering that provides members with two (2) 30-minute Hair and Scalp Rituals or Deluxe Scalp Spa Massages for a total fee of $125 . Members will also receive a 10% discount on retail products and additional services. (The 2 x 30 minute treatments can be exchanged for a 1 hr Japanese Scalp Spa Treatment)
The Wellness and Style Membership is a monthly membership that provides members with one (1) Japanese Scalp Spa treatment (one hour) and one (1) blow dry service for a total fee of $180. Members will also receive a 15% discount on any additional services or retail products purchased.
The Year of Radiance Membership is an annual membership available for a total fee of $1,200. This membership includes twelve (12) one-hour Japanese Scalp Spa treatments, redeemable at any time throughout the year. Members will also receive a 20% discount on retail products and additional services.
2. Payment Terms
The total monthly membership fee fee will be automatically deducted from the credit card on file. By enrolling in the package, members agree to this automatic payment process. The yearly membership will be charged annually. A reminder email will be sent 1 month prior the the end of the year.
3. Credit and Redemption
Members can redeem their services for the membership by booking online, in person or over the telephone. Monthly memberships have a total of 45 days to redeem the services, which includes a 30-day active period followed by a 15-day grace period. After this period, any unused treatments will expire. Yearly membership has 12 months in which to use the 12 treatments. All membership credits will be applied to your appointment at the time of booking.
4. Appointment Policies
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance, and members must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment or failure to provide notice within the 24-hour window will result in the loss of 50 % of the service credit for that booking. Members will be required to pay the 50% of the missed treatment upon rebooking.
- In the event of sickness, members must provide a medical certificate upon notification. Without a valid medical certificate, standard cancellation policies will apply, and the member will be subject to the same penalties as outlined above.
5. Non-Transferability
Package benefits are non-transferable and cannot be shared with any other individuals.
6. Cancellation and Pausing Package
Members can pause or cancel their package at any time without incurring a sign-up fee or minimum fee requirements. To officially pause or cancel, members must notify us in writing.
7. No Deposit Required
While there is no deposit required for the treatments, the same appointment policies apply as outlined above.
8. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
