  • The complimentary keratin treatment must be of equal or lesser value than the original purchased treatment.
  • If the complimentary treatment is booked for longer, thicker, or higher-maintenance hair than the original treatment purchased, the price difference will be charged at the time of the second appointment.
  • The complimentary treatment must be redeemed within 6 months of the original appointment date.
  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure the promotional offer.
  • This promotion is available for purchase during the month of June only.
  • Initial appointment must be booked at the time of purchase; however, appointment dates may be scheduled for a future date within the redemption period.
  • The complimentary treatment may be used by either the original purchaser or transferred to another guest.
  • Multiple promotional packages may be purchased per customer.
  • A surcharge may apply for extremely long, thick, or high-density hair. Any additional charges will be discussed during the consultation prior to the service commencing.
  • Treatments included in this promotion are available Tuesday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
  • Saturday appointments are available for an additional surcharge of $100 per treatment.
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or make changes to an appointment.
  • Failure to attend a booked appointment (“no show”) or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in that treatment being forfeited.
  • This promotion is not refundable, transferable for cash, or redeemable for other services or products.
  • Salon Apothecary reserves the right to refuse service where hair integrity is compromised or where the treatment is deemed unsuitable following consultation.
  • Results may vary depending on hair type, previous chemical services, and home care maintenance.
